The truth about Michael Jackson
Large sections of the worlds media still underestimate the general publics intelligent, by sticking to the old worn out formula of being as negative as possible with regards to MJ. In this day and age of information technology & reality TV etc.....people want the real deal. Its contemptuous and out right stupidity to continue to promote inaccurate impressions about an individual, whose had an extremely long history of doing good & bring joy to the planets population.
The problem with the press really started when MJ started to break record sales in the early eighties. Surpassing the top icons in show business and entered into the history books as the biggest. The even bigger secret picture of why he was so despised by the media was because he became a member of the big boys club where the real power & money was....... that's publishing & copyrights ownership! From 1995 he became a partner in Sony Music Entertainment that owned CBS & Epic records. In the late nineties MJ was uncomfortable with the personally witnessed racist views express by its President Thomas Mottola in a one to one calling one of his fellow artist the N word. Mottola also told Jackson that 'by the time you get your hands on your masters (original recording tapes of his albums) you'll be seventy to eighty years old'. MJ informed the company that he will not be renewing his (soon to expire) contract with them. As a result out of spite, Mottola sabotaged his next release with the company (the invincible album) by cancelling all the singles releases, video shootings and promotions. MJ used the best Lawyers that got him out of the contract and became an independent. This kind of important information was hidden from the public in news reports; an entirely different picture was presented. Five seconds video clips of MJ saying the boss of Sony records was a racist, making it look as though Jackson has finally lost the plot, being so ungrateful to this respectable record company that has been so helpful to him. From his years with Motown right up until his recent death, MJ studied everything from all who he came into contact with regards to show business and eventually getting the better of the giants. The real Michael Jackson wasn't a push over. The public has been sidetracked away from his smartness in business with silly false impressions of a man who was (on top of everything else) a marketing genius, who generated huge amounts of money for the people who dealt fairly with him.

constantly reported is his father’s abuse and damaging presences in Michael's life... Joe Jackson was not only his father with the vision of glory for his whole family, but also the man who was the driving force, protective strong Management that negotiated all the best deal from the start in the 60s right into the 80s with his Solo career. MJ himself made statements saying 'how could I hate my father, he was the one that made me what I am' Example of the so-called brutish father behaviour. Joe a former guitarist in a group, kept his guitar in a cupboard and warned the boys 'don't touch my guitar' . He came home from work one day to discover a string broken......'whose been playing my guitar' Joe ask's, Tito grabs the guitar and starts playing it well, what did Joe do......beat him up.. NO, he went out and purchase instruments for the boys.... and so started the Jackson five!! The man who went around begging people to let his boys perform just for exposure, ultimately leading the whole Jackson family to becoming not only the most famous but the riches music family in history. Where is his credit? In 1972 Barry Gordy tried to split up the group like he did with so many Motown acts for bigger profits, by releasing a Michael Jackson's solo Album 'Got to be there' It was his farther that put a stop to it. It was when MJ sacked his father as manager and relied on trusting other's, that's when we saw the missing 'in the back ground' protection that followed. In these times of political correctness, families methods of handling their children are very sensitive issue, the authorities are ready to take children always for the smallest signs of problems. A distinction must to be drawn between disciplining poor ghetto child to keep them out of trouble and steer them towards success, and out right physical abuse for wicked reasons. Look what Michael Jackson's farther as done for him, never deserted him, compare that to the high level dysfunctionality with sections of youths today with all their freedom, he did what he needed to with nine kids...........Where is Joes credit as the father that drove his son to become the most famous man in the world?......The public have been bombarded with stories about child abuse and mistreatment in his childhood years, when the real truth was he had the time of his life going around the world with his brothers, doing what he loved, and hanging with a lot of the worlds greatest .........a life most dream of living! When a person has issues with someone that's did bad things to them ..........they simply don't speak to or have nothing to do with them! Yet you see Michael right up until his death with his dad everywhere.
Another nasty put down of MJ bashing reporting is trying to drive home the impression that he is a has-been. 'The 80s & Thriller was him in his glory & everything else since then has been nothing but going down hill' etc. The next album Bad was number one for ages and had 5 straight number ones from it. Everything he's done after Thriller for the pass twenty years despite all entering the charts at number one, their making out like it's all been a failure. MJ kept himself right up to date with changing styles, leading the way right up until his death. So many younger people have became loyal fans through, Dangerous, History, Invincible, Blood on the dance floor Albums......... yet they kept showing him as a little 11 year old boy or Billy jean moon walking to try & minimize his era of greatness. I don't think that most of the writer's realize the person their discussing.......Standard format style of reporting that's used for the unexpected death for a Pop Star, illustrating a life from rags to riches, then on to destructing from drugs is for your average Pop Star that's faded..........not in the case of Michael Jackson, who was really from another world in many sense. This was a man who had more ideas in a month than most stars had in their whole careers! Every Album he's worked on he writes over a hundred songs for. We're talking about a person who at the age of nine had the abilities to sing with Soul & real emotion like the grown up stars.... and he got better and better! How could the media try and convince the public that his life was tragic. He was the real King that met everyone, went everywhere, and did everything and was in good shape. If you want to know the truth, every since he broke the records and out sold all the other icons they have been after him...He's a Pedo, he's Gay, He's bleached his skin and don't want to be black....anything to turn the public against him.
The man as always said he was Black but has had a bad skin problem since the late seventies, and had to cover it up with make-up. I do know personally a few black people with that same problem and they just leave the white patches, but in show business you can’t do that. MJ wears wigs because his whole head was caught on fire from doing that Pepsi add, and that can be seen on film. MJ spent so much time as an activist campaigning for children's rights and has given away over $300 million to charities over the pass 30 year, yet their trying to make him look wasteful with spending money and he's broke. How can a guy like him every be broke??? His name alone means money, he get about $18 million a year from publishing rights alone without doing anything.
Painting a picture using terminologies as ' he's been recently a recluse........isn't that a person who don't go out............He wasn't bed ridden for months then died, he was rehearsing and having fun just hours before. Busy putting together the biggest set of concerts he's ever done but was also working on a new exciting album, he wasn't sad and lonely .......Lets put things into perspective. A person who sold-out almost a million tickets immediately it was announced for concerts that was due to start 2 weeks before his death, should not be spoken of in News paper articles with headings in terms of 'The rise and fall of'..... Give the man the credit & respect he deserved. He was a pioneer on many levels, the introducer of pop video's, before MJ a pop video was a Singer just standing there and singing........He changed all that with innovative short films. He made MTV. 1982 Thriller album changed the way music was made around the world forever with the use of electronic computerized instruments. The first Pop Star ever to be sponsored by drinks giant Pepsi with a record amount in millions. The man who invented ultra spectacular Stage Shows that raised the standard for all performers from the early eighties to presents. His dance moves revolutionized dance routines used in shows for everything around the world are just a few of his achievements that are often left out when reporting about him. He even broke the record for having the most amounts of entrees in the Guinness book of records! Everything he's done has gotten more and more spectacular, every few years making history with some new landmark. You would have thought a man who broken every possible record in the show business history would get much better press!!
Their going on about drug addiction like he's a traditional casualty of fame as in cocaine, heroin etc............Michael Jackson didn't even drink or smoke, one of the many positive effect from his strict upbringing from the father you keep hearing about...No it was pain killer for all of the accidents he's had over the years while rehearsing and performing. Going on about the shape of his nose, he fell down and broke it while dancing.......that's what started all the plastic surgery, but are the public told that!!.. He basically killed himself from working so hard working on improving being the best and catering for the massive demand on him. He lived his life to please the public for over 40 years and kept his person pains quiet. Can anybody really talk about what it’s like to be the world’s most famous person of that magnitude and living that life continually from the age of 10 till 50? with all the opportunists people around him trying to use him pretending to care and help for their own gain, yet he's never spoken out or cuss anyone, just Sony records for being racist and for good reason making a public statement of which the full (really damaging) statements was never shown on TV. Most of the biggest lies were invented by the press. Sleeping in an oxygen tank..... After his burns from the Pepsi advert, the millions he received was donated to start a burns Centre. The oxygen tank was one of the bits of equipment that was there and he tried it out.......someone took a picture and the rest was made up! Wearing the masks and all the other not so normal stuff it was all deliberate. A lot of storybook fantasy hero's all sort of elements was incorporated into his style that made him the ultimate showman. He wanted to create mystique when done those thing, but as with most of those things the media twisted it all to make him look crazy but he was having fun being one-up other Artist. He had so many ideas he gave lots away to help others, even Janet borrowed the military concept for her Rhythm Nation Video, asking his permission if she can use the idea he was working on in secret........he gave it to her and did something else!.
MJ was actually a scholar, in an amazing amount of fields, collected art; they never showed him lecturing at Oxford and the other Universities. He studied all types of dance, look carefully and you'll see ballet movement etc in his dancing. He never hid his altered looks and was proud of all he did. Personal attacks always comes with the territory of fame as well as all the madness of attention, but the important thing for a stars is how you deal with it. MJ has conducted himself impeccable right throughout his life. Never really putting himself with woman everywhere creating baby mommas all over the place or leaving himself too open to get exploited that easily, to the most part he's acted smart. Perhaps his biggest mistake was to trust Martin Bashir to live with him for eight months, he only trusted him because thats the only interviewer his friend the late Lady Diana, choose to do her exclusive interview with. What transpired was the biggest betrayal in TV history of trusting a Journalist, Jackson got stabbed in the back in the biggest most worst possible way. We must also remember that with MJ's own video running in the background all the time, proved Bashir to be disgustingly evil in his presentation of Jackson hospitality. Can you imagine not being able to go for a walk, look out of the window or do anything without it being in the news, Bashir witness all this and still proceeded to asked stupid questions. In fact if you watched the show you'll see Jackson saying to him on several occasions 'are your stupid', 'don't be stupid' etc. He tried to make it look like he just went out and wasted money. On the way to a shopping trip asking 'do you like shopping' the answer outclassed him.........'I like craftsmanship, I like to see what people do with their hands and how they use their imagination'.
This wasn’t just a case of going out and interviewing a star, Bashir was invited to come & live with MJ, and went around with him for eight months. A person who’s got something to hide doesn’t do that! The original TV show when first put out at the time was very long and the first haft did show the side of Jackson that was of real interest to fans, Music lover, Dancers, Show biz people, generally displaying some degree of balance. That show has been repeated many times over, but they only broadcast the ugly second haft. The second half got down to the real business in the hatchet job fashion we’ve become accustom to from ITV. If it was a court case there would have been ‘objection leading the witness’ shouted out every minute. With the use of sinister music to go with the (on the trail of a killers) narrating tone, on camera Bashir took everything out of context & made Jackson look like he was the most weirdest person on Earth. In one section, the interviewer successfully presented a case to the viewers that MJ was strange to walk around with those children's faces all covered up. The mother of two of his children revealed that it was her decision to have the children's covered up to hide their identities as they've been receiving kidnapping notes..........this was one of the aspect that was filmed but not revealed to the public that would have made all the difference in understanding Jacksons actions!
I was sitting down the other night in front of the TV and at the start of the main news story the reporter said 'The self styled King of pop' I immediately was forced to switch off....... Fact......He was crowned King by the world for being the best for the longest time 40 years, with biggest amount of successes selling the most records. Lets not forget the Jackson five's was the only group in history to have their first four records made all reach number one, we are talking about way back in 1969/70. Even as a 10 year old he was the leader in the group of older brothers making history selling huge amounts of record from then till now. Not even living off the past glory but creating new music successfully all along the way.
We've been constantly reminded about child molestation court case, pays off, anything they can get their hands on to take the attention away from all the great things he's done. Let's start with the pay off thing in 1993. People say he's guilty because he paid out $22 million to this kid to make the case go away, and didn't even stop to look at the lack of evidence. Fact- The money was paid out by Jackson’s insurance company against his real wishes was so he could get on with business. The whole issues of the extortion plot by the boys father was exposed in an extremely detailed, fully comprehensive article by Mary A Fisher in GQ Magazine in 1994........Backed up with even recorded footage of how the father intended to bring Jackson down and what he planed to get out of it all. None of this was ever discussed or mentioned in the nineties during all the media hysteria in reporting about MJ's situation.
The accuser since Michael's death has made a confession that it was all lies......so why are people still going on about this. Just a few years back MJ didn't pay anyone and did went to court, and at the end of a mad four month trial was found not guilty on all 10 counts. MJ was completely and fully exonerated of those false and outrageous allegations, all conducted with the might and skills of some of the best prosecuting Lawyers in America.......and they still wont leave him alone.
The baby dangling over the balcony incident.......how many times we have been shown that............. He was holding that baby tight, and the reason he was in Germany was because he was invited to be honoured for all what he done for children, the charities and everything you never hear about. He's in the Gunnies book of records for supporting the most amounts of charities, yet their always talking about the money he's wasted; he's in dept by so many millions without giving a real breakdown of all that he gave away. The kind of things that he did in the background like, making a phone call to P Diddy to arrange a meeting up with the two Hip Hop Artist the Game & 50 Cent that ended the war between the two & their fans. It’s been a well kept secret that he's been a giant motivating force for basically the who's who of the show biz world for decades. Behind the scenes Jackson had amazing abilities to communicate with all kinds of people on every level, leaving all who come into contact with needing his magic. Always the boss, the organizer of everything that bared his name. It didn't matter what was said about him, the reality of the situation is the support for him grows bigger by the day. The man with the largest following in the world because of his skills, lovable personality, fantastic long record & reputation of being the good guy.......... The public have not been put off......there've tried their best and it still don't work on people.
Another ridiculous angle of discussion I was in pain to witness was the arguments about the comparison to MJ with Mozart & Shakespeare from hundreds of years ago before there was all this technologies to communicate, as if, yes we can celebrate him but he don't deserve to be put up there amongst those darling iconic Artist's of the upper classes.......What's never reveled to the public in the press is he was a scholar who studied Mozart, Beethoven etc....have a good listen to the arrangement in some of his music from the 80s onward. The way in which the journalists are going on you would have sort they've met Mozart & Shakespeare! I don't want to put down other peoples hero's but the truth has always been that people of certain classes in society who are the head of media industries etc, do there best to promote certain people who they want the public to worship, but the modern public makes up their own minds these day about whose more important to them. Icons like Michael Jackson are classless and have earned universal respect, he's reached out & united the planet like no other human bean, and that's all now .........not hundreds of years later. I think the orchestrated negative reporting is attempts to kill the now inevitable.........He will now become immortalized for ever!
The Press & TV are playing up his eccentricity, constantly reminding the public with collected examples of his extremes, using those activities to make a case that he was mad and there's no surprise that he's now dead. The truth of the matter is he was a Genius. In the history of the world most Geniuses that made big changes to the world was exceptionally bright gifted people with some eccentricity ..........After all isn't that what makes them different from the pack. Having the guts & being brave enough to be difference. He was always creating, reinventing himself with different styles every few years. His own clothes designs, creating new dance's to go with the new images, no one came close. A lot of the other iconic Artist's mentioned never had a reign more than ten or twenty years....some mentioned never even wrote their own songs. MJ became an extremely wealthy Genius which the public side saw and appreciated with his vast music collection of brilliant material. So much was put into his stage act, and with the dancing how can a person dance on their toes like that without knowing and practicing ballet styles. He wasn't as gullible as they made him out to be. Contrary to his gentle image....... soft specking voice and all, behind the scenes himself was notorious for being a hard business man, that was very much involved in the decision making of all that he got involved in, that included how he wanted everything done in all aspects of is life since the 80's. Very much a hands on Artist involved in the production of his shows with all the ideas, same with the videos, music, dancing the lot. The now cancelled show at the O2 I've ahead a glimpse at some of his ideas, it would have been the new standard, he wasn't done!!
What ever he did in his private life was not harmful to anyone.........No history of bad dealings, harm to anyone, recklessness with women, he was the shy guy who didn't do the groupie thing after the show, just a clean loving soul on a mission to promote peace and love for the world though music. All the people over the years who've followed him........come into some sort of contact with him, ether worked with, or met him personally refused to be tricked into thinking he's anything less than a great man. Michael privately motivated the who’s who of the worlds celebrates by making them feel that it’s ok to be obsessed & over the top in the creativities of their fields. A person don't developed the world biggest following over forty year's for a Artist by privately doing wrong & being a fake! If all of the major Celebrities of the world that's Politicians, Royalties, Singers producers Actors and the public come out and consistently say right throughout his life, that's he's a genuinely great person.........why is the world's media still trying to prove otherwise....well there is a reason!!
If the world was shown some of Michael's full public speeches', they would get to realize why the media was so against him. He was not just some over grown confused kid with far too much money that sang & dances well, but actually was a very powerful Activist. He campaigned on children's issues; spoke very passionately in public about the mis-representation by the media of Stars, social injustices. Travelling the globe lecturing political leader on doing more about Aids.........What was really controversial was the fact that he was a champion on exposing record companies exploitation of Artistes........Michael Jackson could really talk, motivate people into action in the same manor just as fantastically as he did making music!!
The big icons of the music business all came to him to do something about the situation over the years, has he was one of the few with the real power to do something. The person that died recently was not just the biggest celebrity on Earth, but an underground giant that really handled business on behalf of his fellow Entertainer's. The real problem for him was that he became too big. His name on the front of a news paper, news headlines, any mention of the name Michael Jackson over the years has proven to be a guaranteed sell-out. With the public's appetite for negative stories about him, the Editors really had problems finding enough to satisfy the demand......so they made up much of what was told....lies. And so developed a massive industry of lies. Jackson for many years was in the unfortunate position where if he said anything in answer to those lies, in a twisted manor would some how add value to them, fuelling further speculations of even more lies..... Like a catch twenty two situation. Showing the real man, not just the obviously fantastic showman, but Michael in his full dimensions as a person (that’s his unedited opinions, humanizing him by displaying his actual intelligence) reasons for his actions etc, would have killed the whole industry of falsehood that the foundation of lies was built on, and would make all those thousands of reporter's & journalists look foolish! The real point is people from poor backgrounds, are not supposed to become so powerful.......influencing so many millions of people

Despite all the disappointment with betrayal etc yet underneath it all he remained a nice generous guy that the fame never went to his head... He was the biggest thing to happen to pop music ever always inventing, leading the way and was always the guy the industry looked up to & followed. He sold more records than anyone else in history so let’s remember that.
So there you have it.........In the final annalists, its clear that the Media was really responsible for the death of a person, who was underneath it all, the world’s biggest uniting humanitarian. They all drove him towards taking pain killers which was used in an effort to continue and not disappoint everyone. Now their best draw twisted presented freak show is over........who or what will be next? Maybe his children or even further attacks on Jackson's legacy we'll have to see. One thing is for sure.........the world would never be lucky enough to witness another Michael Jackson. If there is any real justice which we haven't seen so far, an American Annual Michael Jackson national holiday would be the lease!
